b) The website material is copyrighted to New Nordic Ltd. or our content and technology providers. You are welcome to view, print and download the Web Site's contents for personal use but not for any commercial purposes or re-publication.

a) The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate, and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
b) We may correct any error in the Website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.


5. Ordering Products
a) You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through checkout.
b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address you have given, and sending this email (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.


6. The Price and Payment
a) The price of the products will be the price quoted on the Website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value-added tax but not the delivery cost.
b) Besides the price, you must pay our delivery charges as quoted on the Website when we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
c) Payment is made by credit card when we accept your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed on the Website when you place your order). Refunds will generally be made using a credit to your credit card.
d) Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error, and items may be mispriced. In this event, we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order or cancel the order and notify you at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.


7. Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange to deliver the products you order by the method and to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will be optional to the contract between us.

b) UK Shipping: New Nordic will ship your goods via 1st class on a 48-hour postal service. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and weekend orders are dispatched on Mondays. All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

b1) European Shipping: There is a charge of £14.95 for Items shipped to Europe. New Nordic will ship your goods via 1st class small parcel 5-7 working day postal service. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays. All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

b2) World Zoze 1 & 2 Shipping: There is a charge of £19.95 for Items shipped within World Zoze 1 & 2. New Nordic will ship your goods via 1st class small parcel 7-10 working day postal service. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, and weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays. All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

b3) Since 1 July 2021, most goods to the EU (including gifts) are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. The taxes and duties applied depend on the individual contents of the parcel, the weight and the value. The thresholds applicable are as follows:
Goods up to €150 may be subject to VAT and a clearance fee.
Gifts with a value over €45 will be subject to VAT and a clearance fee.
Goods and gifts above €150 may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee.
Excise duty is also applicable on goods such as alcohol and tobacco.
 
The thresholds and the amounts charged may vary from country to country. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. 

c) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

d) If there is an error or any other delivery problem regarding the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail.

e) Quality Assurance: We are proud of the quality of our products, and as such, if you find that your purchase is unsatisfactory, return it by recorded delivery to the following address:

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging of returned items. We recommend using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that never return to our warehouse.

8. Damaged Parcel
For damaged goods, please get in touch with New Nordic Ltd on 0800 389 1255 (Open 09.00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) or email us at info@newnordic.co.uk. Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of dispatch; we will not be liable for any loss if you fail to do so. If you find your goods damaged in transit, we will offer a refund if the product is returned (within 14 days after the delivery date) to the following address. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail.

9. Cancelling Orders
a) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
b) If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned, unopened and in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
c) You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

10. General
a) The products advertised on the Website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for resale.
b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newletter service is to keep our customers and visitors updated about new product launches, discounts, health information or news from the company. The subscription to our newsletter service is not mandatory.

The frequency of the newletter issues will be at most 4 per month.

b. Limited Liability
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newletter, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from or newsletter service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
c. Unsubscribing
You can at anytime unsubscribe our newsletterlist. In the buttom of any newsletter there is a direct link to unsubscribe. You are also always welcome to contact us to be unsubscribed. 

12. Competitions/ Giveaways

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Open to UK residents only. The winners will be chosen randomly from all entrants and across all platforms. No purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. The winners will be notified via the @newnordic_uk Instagram/Facebook account via DM. Instagram or Facebook are not affiliated with or involved in the competition.
